These Terms of Use govern your use of globalpost.studio and the engagement of post-production and video production services from Global Post, a service of Cellar Door Productions Private Limited (“Global Post”, “we”, “us”).

Services and scope

Every project is delivered as per the scope agreed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins. Our standard packages include the deliverables, durations, and revision rounds described at the time of ordering. Work outside the agreed scope, additional iterations, or a change in brief may be chargeable and will be communicated before we proceed.

Quotes, payment and delivery

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified per project or package. Delivery timelines start when we have received complete footage, briefs, and assets; late uploads move the delivery date, and a revised date will be communicated based on our pipeline.

Revisions

Our packages include two rounds of revisions. Errors on our side are always fixed free of charge. Additional revision rounds or changes to the original brief may carry a fee.

Footage, rights and responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all footage, music, logos, and materials you share with us. Licenses for stock footage, music, or fonts sourced by us are procured under our subscriptions or passed through at cost, as agreed per project. Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise or an NDA applies.

Confidentiality

We treat client materials as confidential and are happy to execute NDAs. Access to your project files is limited to the team working on your project.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by incomplete briefs, late uploads, or third-party platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
