Global Post (“we”, “us”) is a service of Cellar Door Productions Private Limited, Gurugram, India. This policy explains what information we collect through globalpost.studio and in the course of providing post-production services, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you contact us via forms, email, WhatsApp, or Calendly, we collect the details you share: name, email address, company, phone number, and project information. Our website uses cookies and analytics tools (including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to understand site usage. Embedded content such as YouTube videos and Calendly booking widgets may set their own cookies, governed by their respective privacy policies.

Client footage and project files

Footage, briefs, and project materials you share with us are used solely to deliver your project. Access is restricted to team members working on your project. We are happy to sign NDAs, and we delete source footage and working files on request after final delivery. Review and feedback are handled through Frame.io, which is governed by its own privacy terms.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver services, invoice, and, where you have engaged with us, share relevant updates about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to run our business (hosting, analytics, review platforms, payment processing).

Data retention and your rights

We retain contact and project records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@globalpost.studio.
