Our base package gets you a simple edit of up to 60 seconds with simple supers/captions, template-based transitions and stock music. Stock videos provided by the client will count as footage. Search and sourcing of stock footage will be chargeable. 2 Iterations included. Excluding oversight corrections. Any more complexity or iterations will add to the cost.

We usually tell people they get two rounds of revisions, and that tends to be enough for most projects. If something goes wrong on our side, we fix it without any additional charges. Extra changes outside that or a change in brief might come with a fee.

Late uploads push your delivery date. We always suggest sending things early, though we know days get weird and schedules slip. A new delivery date will be communicated to you once we’ve received the footage based on our existing work pipeline.

Your files stay protected. Only the people actually working on your project can see anything.

Tell us. You already get two revision rounds included, and our editors fix whatever bothers you. We’ve watched edits shift from “almost there” to “this is it” after honest feedback.

Our standard package includes a video up to 60seconds. Anything up to 60 seconds will be charged at the same price. Anything longer than that, we will discuss with you before the start of the project, and a custom package will be shared based on your requirements.

Once you’ve sent every file and the brief, the edit usually takes 3–5 business days. Some projects stretch longer if the structure gets tricky. We keep you updated so you’re never guessing.

Pretty much all kinds of videos. We work on social clips, promos, explainers, testimonials, podcasts, product demos, event recaps, and plenty more. If you have a specific style in your head, just mention it.

Yes. English subtitles are included in all our packages. Motion graphics, text animations, VFX — all available as add-ons. Put the details in your brief, and we will structure the edit accordingly.

Your video arrives as an MP4 unless you want something else. You can choose any single aspect ratio. If you need different aspect ratios for different platforms, please mention in your brief.

Yes, send them. They help a lot. Editors read style cues quickly, and that puts the edit on the right track from the start.
